There's no EPG on Ilink9100

Hi guys
I can not get EPG guide on Ilink 9100.
it says "tuner unlocked move to dish".
Sat 110&119 signals are ok.

Looks like nobody knows the answer
Tune to channel 105
Click on menu-antenna setup -LNB power OFF on 119.Power is ON on 110
Click back button to save it
If signal on channel is bad go to different channel and RETURN to 105.
Update EPG
Will not move any more
When you finish go back turn LNB power on 119 on save it with back button and that is all
