Yes it works. the xfta also works with IRDs

Yes it does but needs a lot of work to mod xfta router.
better look for an old wrt54 router and flash it with xx-client bin from nfhd forum. better speed in changing channels.

x-fta work very well with original image just do some simple mod also i try tp-link 703n and work . if I were to choose I go for the tp-link that I can plug in the nfusion usb and save energy

no you only need 5 vdc to get tp-link 703n work , i have somes if you want test

Goofather's Bin (DD-WR-Goo2 Bin) will Flash on the X-FTA and work very well with NFHD.
