ok here is what i have im missing some of the windows i had before there no place to put alabama anymorethe screen is with blue boxes that i cant change. when i scan for sats it gives me channel # like service 116 my guide is totaly different then before it doenst even look like nf guide anymore can anybody help i am totaly lost factory file is 0.016 the other file is 25f.the main screen doesnt show ion pon suns disconnected 174741747517476

Go into your menus to user settings and see if long ch. name is turned on, also check to see if your Internet is turned on, in the same menu.
