View Full Version : 9500 won't connect

I have a 9500 and cannot get connected since Thursday. I have a rocket account on server 1 on port 35911 and a NFPS account on server 2 on port 16010. I have tried every IP and domain listed. No help. I run my 9500 in "Static" mode because I could never get the DHCP to work. Not sure what address would go into the "User DNS server" line on the DHCP screen. On the Static setup screen there is a line called "Secondary DNS Server". Not sure why I have what I have in there. Both accounts are active. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

finally got it going. DES keys were corrupted. Re-entered key and all is well. thanks
