New Here, Freezing Lots

Lots of scrambled channels and freezing, I'm using satlobo but same it's been like this before the ecm... what do I do, i rebooted router have it in directly in the box. you name it i did it but still same my internet speed is 19.6 mbps

That's a server issue, not necessarily a Dreamlink issue. Like ftaplace said, go to Satlobo section and report it and see what they say.
