Hello, make sure your Internet is connected. If it is you can turn your receiver off and on from the back and this sometimes will populate the info. If that doesn't work you can always turn off you modem and router for about a minute plug them back in and this should work. Good luck and report back if you need anything else.

just one of them things. just wanted to add the LAN ports will burn out at times and yield the same response. If a reboot will not fix it then check to make sure you hav lights flickering around the LAN cable port on back of reciver
