Need master password!

Does anyone know the master password for the next fta rec. Friends rec., keeps saying access denied when I use 0000, and he swears, he didn't change it! Please help! Also need to know how to load original fact file, if I can't gain access to the net app. menu.

OK! Then how do I get into the PS info? 0000, just won't do it, or how do I load the original fact file? The one that Bot provided.

you have to use the nanosat loader to load the next files I am not sure how to do it though as I believe you have to changet the file extension

Tried re - loading the fact file 1.02 and it didn't work, I don't know what else to do. Where can I find the step by step, for flashing the rec., with this file extension change.

Make sure you use a NULL Modem cable with the loader and not a regular straight thru serial cable. It will NEVER work with regular serial cable. If you don't have a Null modem cable, go to Radio Shack and get a NULL Modem Adapter and put it on one end of your serial cable and it will turn it into a Null Modem cable.

I have a null modem cable, actually I have several. So all I have to do is use the SE uploader, and flash the rec. with file NPT_0101000410.NPT, is that correct?

OK! used recovery loader for SE and uploaded fact file 1.05, and it worked! Now can get into PS Info, Thanks to everyone who responded.
