Router Help

I have a d-link router that is unsecured so that anybody can access and I want to secure it. Any help on how to setup my password to restrict it to only devices in my house would be greatly appreciated.

I can get in as user but limited things I can do, I can't get in as admin as I don't remember the password.

Reset done and I talked to a techie at dlink and my network is secured. Thanks for the input KW and DU.
