82/91 will not populate guide

i have seen a few post on the net for the last 3-4 days about people with the nfhd guide not populating any more for 82/91.
they say it scans dn then changes to bv and just stops.(open guide press blue button to populate).
all the normal trouble shooting was done and good sig/qual.
channels play fine but they say the guide refuses to populate.
my question is what did the provider change/sat change 4 days ago on bv?

sometime it can take up to 12 minutes to populate, i have a motor.....i'll test right now

Try channel 228. I think Beverly changed the transponder they use to deliver the guide. I noticed it earlier this week and with a little bit of trial and error I found channel 228 seems to work.

thanks henric for the link but i had read that thread and passed on the info.
no go for the nfhd.
the people went to the channels mentioned and hit the blue button and still the same thing..guide wouldn't load.
they went as far as starting from a factory file and reloading and scanning again...still no go.
i'm not sure if an updated tp file would fix the problem.
just sitting on the channels mentioned got them 2 hrs of guide only.
the best thing about the nfhd was getting 3 days epg in a couple of minutes.
dn is fine but bv isn't looking good at the moment.
i am outside the foot print so i can only offer second hand info.

my friend said bev will still not load and what does show up is a spotty mess for 2hrs or less.
RIP NFHD bev EPG.

Well I can just hope the right people see this thread and can help.......I don't know of any other receiver getting bev eithor......well I think sonicview and viewsat are not getting it

oh i forgot,
the same person told me that SD boxes is affected as well.
not talking bout the hacked and cracked brian buggy bins either.
damn shame! :(

No problem with Epg just change channels on 91 and it will populate also 82!

for more then 2 hours????? thats the question in hand.......i want it to populate for 7 days like it did about a month ago....

I just tried again still only getting dish but no more then two hours of bev epg.
