epg help

can someone help me?


whenever i populate the egp on my nano then turn the receiver off by the remote, the next time i turn it on; all the epg is gone. Every channel goes to no info. To be honest, i just updated to 3.20 and was wondering if that's the problem.

i thought it would use less power by putting it on standby with the remote. So you suggest leaving it on? It use to keep the epg when i turned it off but that's before i updated to 3.20 i believe. thanks
