my epg is no longer populating for more than a couple of hours. I used to be able to let it sit on 280 for a minute and it would then populate the entire epg for a couple of days. what other channel will get it to populate the epg?

channel 218. I always use this one.

tested and found that channel 2019 on the Limesat Ultra provides the EPG the same as before Feb 01

Try hitting the guide button a second time and put in on either dn or bev. Give it a couple minutes and usually fills in. good luck

Thanks for the suggestions but nothing working, even tried starting from scratch with factory file then bin etc. Electronics have a mind of their own.

put it on bev 2420 and it will populate it .

Why would you go and put the factory file on the unit for a non guide populate issue? And people wonder why there boxes get messed up.

I can't get bev anymore but if I wanted to get full guide I think you need to put on 2410 about two minutes and it will load way more than you need.

The guide on these things are horrible,info there info not there, the timerolls over the hour all info gone, couple hours at a time, at best other days i get a full week, garbage epg if you a a real epg get a sub!!!!!

Press guide...then press guide again..then toogle up or down...for the provider of you choice ..then press ok it will go to a different ch. at this point...thats ok ...let it sit 5-10 ..EPG will fill. after 5-10 minutes go to your ch...
