Is it just me?

I've been messing with an hd box for the first time over the last week. I had Espn & TNT hd a few days ago but had to reload my my box in between because of a bug in firmware. After getting back up now I longer have the mentioned channels. Is it my settings or a server issue? Thanks

probably server, I am missing a bunch of channels also, they keep popping in and out
