just pick up ultra HD put the jb200 in hook up to tv factory flash put firmware 237on it . it reboot it now it read a5h and would do any thing. help

Not supposed to load the factory file on a v1 either.
Factory file is pre loaded on the unit. The factory file should only be used to put the box back to factory state after loading 3rd party files or you run into a glitch with a file install that corrupts the unit.

As for the problem, use the loader, select the chunk option then switch from abs to all files, select the factory bin and load it to receiver. This should fix your issue.
Once loaded factory default then load the 237 file via usb using front port then factory default again then proceed to set up your sats and settings.
I recommend you use the instructions in the guides section where the files are.
Make sure you unrar/unzip the files first!!!!

the loader wouldn't load 237 it to big the second box i try loading 237 and it went A5H too .So to boxes went A5H with factory and without just fireware .

You are not loading the unit properly.

You need to do what I said in post #3. Then proceed with loading using the proper methods.
A bit of reading goes a long way.
