NOI not seeing STB

I recently got new codes from NFPS and Beaver, enter them in and it worked for 2 minutes. Now the NOI just sits at snowy screen with server1 on top but no channel number appearing at the bottom of snowy screen.
I'd try the reboot, unplug power and still nothing. The IP address are correct.
Any suggestions? It was working fine before.

so which code is not connecting? you can't have them both on server 1

Yes you can, I had both set to server 1, DN in server 1 south and B3V in server 1 north.

yes you can but just saying you have stuff plugged into server 1 tells everybody else nothing

I've tried both on server 1 and not working, so I tried each in by itself in the main and it sits at the snowy screen, no channel number and won't start count down. The funny thing is both did work for like 2 minutes at the beginning, and now won't. Really weird, could it be firewall if it worked for 2 minutes? And I had NFPS codes before and was working. I am really scratching my head on this one.

A grey screen means you are connected to server! Your problem is to receiver, maybe ethernet connection, maybe gateway in network is not your IP. Double check your network settings.

I shouldn't have to change any network settings on my receiver though, it was working before.

Thanks guys, I've re-enter the ip and gateway in the network settings and it is working.
