cant get my jbox to work

this is the first time I am sitting up a fta I downloaded the 236 file to my jbox but cant get servers to connect dont understand code nfps

port 15010

DES KEY ×××××××××××××××××
what ma I doing wrong?

I deleted my mail how am I going to get this back
