just received my donation #'s from rocket but I'ts only 12 numbers, shouldn't I have 14 numbers? treid to contact from same place no avil, should i be adding "00"'s in front or the back to make it work or i have been short changed 2 numbers to complete my user name and password, any help would be apreciated if anyone one knows this firm personaly would contact them for me. Thanks in advance.

the new #'s are only 12 digits, that's what I got and it works, thx dishuser.
