can not make it up running

i have new DL HD with green board instaled by dealer and i cant make it up running
this is my set up dish 1000+ DP PRO LNBS and dpp 44 switch i'm sure everything is correct because works on my
nano2 but i cant connect with DL
First i downloaded factory file 106 bin than 118 bin file,follow all instructions,scan 110 and 119 do the all necesary network settings and finaly get server connected but all my channels are scramble
any ideas what could be wrong

Does the nano2 use the same PS ? Have you tried to get channel 101 which is a free channel ? You may have to open the unit as the green board may not be installed correctly or is loose. Are you getting the epeg with all the channels ?

does 101 come in? start here and then will go from there

101 does not come in I have 100 102 103 104 and up all of them scramble and no info in epg

Try rebooting your whole system...

Well you did mention server connected right...The reboot order>>Pwr off box>>Pwr off router then modem...Then reboot opposite way...Prolly one code workz for one box at any given..Not a mod issue if ya have s/q...

when i scan 110 119 on my nano2 I got around 800 channels but when i scan DL HD Im getting maybe half of it
