I can`t get 118

For some reason I can`t get 118 all other channels work fine, I have done a hard re-boot of both the recevier and my modeum, I have done a factory default, let it sit on 118 and have nothing.
What am I missing?

I just got 118 back it was down for a few days we are missing so many channels 192/187/202 you take away the 300 channels we are getting less than 20 channels. The 400's are history and mostly all the 140 to 159 are gone it can't get any worse. JUST my THOUGHT
