This is a north issue. Sunday ticket has worked twice in seven weeks. Totally unacceptable. I guess when you offer something at a cheaper rate you get cheaper service. 150% thumbs down to satlobo.

buddy, if you got it from me, i would be glad to refund you. people expect a little too much for what they pay. you cant get a cup of coffee everyday for w a week for what bev costs. the service is fine. if football freezes, im sorry. i reported it. if you look back at sport packages. they are very hard to keep stable. regular channels are fine

I understand. I do not want a refund. As I said I had this same issue last year with lobo and I ended up going to a different service. This year I will just use my Apple TV and be done with it. My wife likes the north do we will keep it. Just blows my mind that its déjà vi all over again a year later and still no fix. But other services have it flawlessly.

There has been a lot of freezing for a few weeks now with very little improvement. Have not received the NHL package like promised and the NFL Sunday ticket freezes so much it is basically unwatchable.
I am not saying I am completely dissatisfied with this service but it does not come as advertised.

this must be bev. please state weather its dn or bev. i wish there were separate threads. dn is working perfect. i will report the nfl freezing. as for nhl...they do what they can do.

north is not down. reboot receiver and router. if you want the ip instead of url (which i dont recommend, ip's change), go to your start menu and search command promp and ping the url. just type in ping hit space bare and type in the url then hit enter or ask your reseller
