help new box

received my new box yesterday ,after installing jb 200 went to set up box once power went on could not get into menu,so loaded factory file solved the problem,could get into menu loaded last file 237 then it went into boot loop,reloaded factory then loaded 207 it works ,will not let me install any other file.but the problem I am facing if i only scan one satellite on one coax its fine but if i try to install from my existing switch 82 91 110 119 it shows no signal.The switch works perfect with my viewsat.Any info would be greatly appreciated.thanksd

u do not load any factory files try factory reset a few times and then load 237 file see how that goes

I am aware we did not have to load factory file but that was the only way i could get into menu.So i just tried factory reset a few times reloaded 237 still the same thing i am not able to get into menu

a little update was able to load file 212 sucessfully.was able to scan 82,91,110,119,129.the box is working fine.but if i load a higher one it does the same as before will not let me do anything in menues.should i try to return this box?or can someone suggest some light.thanks

Just return the box because it sounds to have a problem

First use RCA cables before use hdmi and make all settings include AV put in native and you will done.

You stated that would not work with switch. Was that a diseqc switch? The Jynxbox does not like diseqc switches so cheep ones like came with a lot of older ones work. Get a more expensive like xcrica or chietas and try it. I was having the same problem with the cheaper diseqc switches until I upgraded to the better one.

Away on vacation right now but i am using chietas switches also did initial set up with av does not change anything only able to use 212 contacted the seller but does not seem to interested in me returning the box.when i return will have to deal with this problem or start over ans retry all this info to get it going thanks

Also another thing to look for, if you are using a DP lnb be sure that 119 is on port one. The commands seem to pass through the switch and the DP responds also.

hi just an update .Decided to try and load 236 on top of 212 it was successful.Its working now.thanks
