stolen donation file

I have checked stolen donation pdf file ....both of my codes shown as active, but I unable to connect to the server.
I think the problem is NFPS / ROCKET. they turned off the codes

Do you think it might be possible they were active when the list was made up and now turned off as Nfps stated would happen?
