someone who tried this service sometime ago, close to a year, found a email this morning. it was a mass email with the same special that is posted on the site. the problem, this was a mass email with email address' contained in the header. considering the subject matter, the choice to spam peoples email is one thing, but to include the email address of numerous "customers" of yours, is another.
if you are concerned with privacy, I would suggest you think long and hard before joining this server.
my opinion, this breach of privacy should raise a major concern regarding the safety of the customer

after looking at your img file you posted ... I was able to find out who send you the email..and is not me.

on the top left of the email... I saw this name Epifaneo Vazques
than in the bottom left you can clearly see "Elmasperron" this confirms that you bought your code from him and not from ELMASCHINGON.

how would this "new" seller have information regarding email address' for someone who tried the service for only 1 month almost a year ago. the same email address used for this email was the one that was used for sending all information after payment was sent. so you arent the same elm that was here last year selling tutu? just happens to be that your usernames are so similar? if what you say is correct and that this email must have come from this magical new reseller, then I have a bigger issue. if they are not even a "legit" reseller, how did they get any email address' in the first place? I do give you some credit, very quick at coming up with responses, hope you keep them all written down in a book so you can remember them all.

proof is pretty clear. there is deceit and huge issues tied with the tutu server. anyone getting involved with this server should seriously think twice before doing so. dont even think I would recommend this to someone I dont like.
simple fact of the matter, someone tried this server you are selling, they have now received emails with other names clearly visible in the email asking to sign up for more crap, and in my books, this is a huge issue that should be avoided at all costs. you say it wasnt you, so be it. I say everyone should avoid this service at all costs due to the inability of some member of this team to act professionally, keep everyone safe, not just try to make what ever $ possible without thinking about anyone but themselves.

Yes it always helps everybody when we just move on from any security issues. Hell who cares, right? I know if my name was on that email, somebodies chit would be smoldering now, including the server. But really, who cares? Certainly not the service implicated in this. Somebody would have to be very dense to want to subscribe to it at this point. Why should not people be warned? Or perhaps YOU have some other issues, maybe economic?

although some might like to have things swept under the carpet and not talked about, not exactly what should be done to educate other members of this community. with the numerous issues going on in the past months dealing with security for end users, every potential user of this server needs to be aware of the risk. i am certain that if by posting such information saved you a sever headache in the future, you would be more then happy to have taken the time to educate yourself. speaking of which, is that not the purpose of the forum, to educate others so they can make an informed decision? I was always under the impression that was the goal and purpose of this, not a sales pitch without recourse for terrible sales tactics.

Reseller of this server screwed up, and since they represent this server, it needs to be an impact on them. No recourse if one of the sellers screws up? Don't think so.
By the way, thanks for helping by bumping this to the top again. Glad to see you understand the need for users to be aware of the situation so they can make informed decisions before signing up for anything.

security and privacy has to be #1 for any reseller/server. this alone is one of the issues that separate the good from the bad. and with the actions of this reseller, I would say that Tutu is a terrible service that everyone should avoid. way too many servers to choose from, and some great ones at that, however, this is NOT one of them.

finally, thanks again for giving it a good bump to the top. I enjoy the fact that this is available for all to read so they can understand the inability of this server to provide privacy and security to their customers. perhaps this alone will cause someone to pause for a second and second guess their choice of joining this server, which would be fantastic.

Hmm, thanks for the heads up! I am currently with this provider, with my service soon up. I shall move onto another server now hearing this breach happening. That and there is alternatives now, as to when I was shopping a year ago this was one of the better servers to go with...
