got new rocket code. up and running but viewsat9000hd looses picture about every 30 mins to hour. any thought what may cause this? i can do full reboot and picture comes back thanks for any help

If you are using an Xfta take a look in the viewsat menu to see if you have internet connection when you lose the signal as that happens occasionally. Do you have a fan in your unit as that may help or a notebook cooler.
