Hi i changed my ps server provider so I loaded my new account info. and the box is not working anymore. The box was working fine with my old service. wondering what went wrong with my box/dongle? many thanks,

What is your connection message ??
Dns fail,Connect fail or connected ??

Dns fail... something is wrong with your network on your end. Confirm your set to DHCP and reboot all including your modem/router.
Connect fail.... you made it to the server but are denied entry for any number of reasons.Confirm your info is entered exactly as it was given to you.If your sure it's entered correctly... contact your seller.
Connected but no pic... thats another issue. Confirm pic and sound on channel 101 to confirm the box is working correctly.

I rechecked my setting and rebooted both my router and receiver several times but no luck. my status is always "connect fail" so I sent an email to my seller to see what he can do. Thanks,
