Have the Jynx Android but I find it laggy and slow. It automatically upgraded to the current version once I connected to wifi. Once I get into xmbc it’s great! No problem at all. it’s just the android froyo software that I find slow and Not wanting to download anything from the app store. Which is the best android firmware for the jynx android hd??? Thanks guys

It is not so much a better firmware but more how you take what you have and make it better. The first thing you might want to do is to backup all the apps with the appbackup app. Then you can move, as many apps that will go, to your SDcard. This will free up memory and resources. Get rid of the apps tha you will not be using like Locator, Maps, the more the better. Get rid of all the system apps that are not needed like Phone, contacts, sound recorder plus many more. Install the latest working version of XBMC that is out for your device.
At least that's what I did and it seems to ruin smoothly for me.

I am using this version xbmc-XIOS-100912. It is raf from the latest version but is seems to be the last version that will play HD ans SD without having to use an exterior player. It is not a complete version as there are some thing no working. The latest working version that uses an external player is xbmcapp-armeabi-v7a-debug-2013-02-03-full-neon-xaf-set_top-a4a7b09cecc70c2d22842b6ec32042537e9d0e4a.apk
