no epg option

Followed the epg guide posted but when I hit the blue button my options are ''d*sh channels,all channels,110w,119w''. There's no d*sh epg option.

Using jynx hd w/jb200 237 dual.

Old jynxbox had the dish epg option. It broke so i sent it in and got this one. Can't get more than a 2 show epg now. Ideas?

Put it on channel 200 for about ten minutes or so. The longer the better. You should get most populated for at least 4hrs.
You can also use all channels but the first way is quicker.

Ill try that a little later. Any idea as to why it's missing or how I can fix it? I'm also having the weird front display thing the other thread talks about. Two problems i never had with my original box strangely enough.

Seems the V2 has a display problem, I have it since I thought I needed the V2 instead of the V1. But when you have the guide up their should be two color buttons option on the bottom of the screen. When you plan to go off and not need to watch, open the guide and hit the colored button displayed on the guide on the remote, choose one of the channels on the list it brings up and then leave the receiver on but your tv off until you return. Oh! One more thing, you need to have a USB stick inserted into one of the USP ports. This only works if you have the extra memory for it to store it on. Good Luck!

there is another way to get the epg to fill in.
put the reciver on all sats, then put a usb drive in the jynxbox, now for dn epg put it on CH 200, now press the media button,
it is at the bottom right of the remote then go to usb and press ok then go to epg and press ok, now exit out all the way back
to ch 200, do not press guide, let it sit on ch 200 for 10 min, it should give you a 48hr epg, as for b3v i cant get that sat so i
cant test it.
