Ilink 9100 Networks issues

I got a 9100 today and set all the ps info but it just won't connect I have internet connection I tried the codes in my other receivers with no prob. just can't get this one to connect. Is there a file I am missing.. I loaded the file iLink 9100_2K120904_IS_0017_P to the receiver but no luck. Thx

I two bought a IS-9100 and having the same problem. Did you resolve your issues if so could you let me know what you did. Also I'm looking at birds 119 110 with a great signal but when I scan my channels they are in the 7000's it says I have 356 channels on 119 and 430 on 110 but I have nothing on the normal channels 100 through 500's any help would be apprecated. My system info is
