brand new 9600hd

9600 hd
Could use some help with this. I am only receiving one channel,
9421.I have downloaded more then 500 channels per Bird so why
am i not receiving any other channels? I do get 101. I am using Legacy lnb's
so the lnb freq. is set @ 11250, dish pro, d.P. plus,universal, nothing.
I get the epg so might i ask "what is the problem" TIA

looks like your using an i.p for domain, either change the domain to read i.p or change the i.p addy to the domain name of server

Thanx Bobby, the way it is worked fine on my Sonicview but i'll give it a try. Can't figure out the one channel received.

Solved the problem, factory reset,reinstalled all.
