Lost EPG

After rescanning sat I have not been able to get most of the EPG for 119. Most all EPG for 110. Before rescanning the Epg was at least 99% for both sats. Have deleted channels and rescann a number of times with the same results. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Confirm your date and time are correct for your zone.
Confirm "Epg in standby" is enabled in the menu.
Tune to channel 239 for about 10-15 minutes and see if it populates.
If still nothing, turn the box off with the remote when you go to bed.It doesn't matter what channel your on.
Wake to a full EPG.
If still nothing, you may have a transponder file issue.
Post what you learn.

Thanks Jafo. I did a factory reset, reset all settings, rescanned and now working normal. Thanks again.

Maybe I need to reset things and such. I think I'll wait til I decide on a new iks prov. Mine does same thing. I'm lucky to get 2 hrs in advance.

Do the simple one... confirm your set to enabled " in standby" and shut off with the remote when you go to bed.
See what you have in the morning..

Two things....When doing the "Epg in Standby", it doesn't matter what channel your on.
Next.. 239 is no longer an epg channel as it was moved many months ago to transponder number 4.

do not get epg on all channels talking about sat 91 just wondering if somebody could help
