Need Info on Howto

I accidently deleted CH# 145 on my LS HD Air. To get the guide with the couple pushes of a button it will get the guide but I need that channel. Can someone tell me where I can find this information for adding it or give the required info to put it in? I know I can rescan but it took quite awhile to delete the channels I didn't want/use and I prefer NOT to have to go that route again.

Put in that tp then do a manual scan and you should get it back.

Look for the channel and you will see the tp for it. I think it is 18 but not positive.
