Connected but not....

First i,d like to thank Zoogor!!!,,For trying to help out..but the problem is somewhere with the receiver.Nano prem,...ran great with public and nfps,,now trying to connect to new server and stays scrambled,,codes are new and are good..running last file sky 1.12and have done many fac defaults,,here,s the problem i,ve found. installation then to network then click on net app -nano stream.click all the way out and shows off service on the ch,s ..which is fine for no info has been put in ..alright now we go back to to nano stream change to dream with no info put in such as server ,,port or authorization..and it shows connected..I beleive this is whats causing the problem.all idears are more than welcomed to help me figuar this out..:noidea:

Just use the info zoogor gave you for the server.

thanks Anubis..I,ve gone over those instuctions many times and still is scrambled..could it be a firewall although ch 101 does work.

Scrambled means your server is down or your signal is blocked by bad weather. Make sure your switches and settings are correct and that you have good signal.

When you place your server data and exit out of menu click on info button on remote and you should see connected:1,2 depending on which server slot you picked.If you are not seeing it then it could be a problem with your server settings.Server type should be set to address and should use the remote for numbers and fav button for the dot. When putting in data to id and password you must click on exit after placing the last digit or letter and this will take you to go so you can finish.

qu is 95 percent and sig is 95 percent..i,m proud of that cause i had to get up there last year to fix 119I .lol switches are good and settings are perfect.I swear on that.

yes that is something i dont c ...just says connected but does not show connected to 1

Like I mentioned if you do not see connected then reset your data.Go into net application and to your server data info and click on the yellow button to reset them.Now try putting in your data and exit.If you have a wrong digit you will not connect so make sure they are correct.

IF you are going to use ip then set type to address and use the remote numbers and fav button for the dot.

catchyaa.i think this is my error.i kept going back to upper case in order to get to dot..another retry brb

YOU should see the ip there. Go to server type and set to address then move one spot down to server and with remote add the ip and use fav button for the dot.When you put the last number use the ok button.

i too was having problems with my nano priemium not connecting with the server so i swaped out mt internet modem and re entered all infi on the reciver now it works great
