please help me overlapping channel

i have k box pro ,my sat is 110 and 119 ,when i scan 110 i got 513 ch and also when i scan 119 i got 513 ch and all ch is double what can i do ...............helppppppppppppp

Sounds like you may not have things setup correctly such as your switch settings and maybe scanning the same sat twice.

Sounds like you may not have things setup correctly such as your switch settings and maybe scanning the same sat twice.When I scan 110 my switch is 2 igot green then I start scan someway I select switch 3 then start scan but I got same ch with same number and all together 513 ch
