no quality

hello everyone!
i have a 360 elite with NFPS service.
i have signal but it is no quality.
i tried many things but i can't fix the problem.
i tried a new satellite (new dish 500), tried changing the coax cable
and still no quality. i'm not sure if my service with nfps, do you think that's the
problem with that i do not have quality? :noidea: :cry:

i have another dish that uses satellite 110-119-118. 7-129
that i want to install. do you guys have any recommendations?

Sounds like your dish is not alighned properly, providing all other configs are right. that's the first place i would go.
