Hi!
I am able to build my own tiers using current SDT scans of active channels in the stream. Unfortunately, there was always someone else providing these SDT scans and I feel the time has come for myself to pick up the skill. These scans are important for building new tier sets for new or moved channels on an OEM IRD.
If anyone can point me in the right direction, as to which hardware (e.g. DVB card?) and software will be required, then that would be appreciated. In the meantime, if anyone has the current tier set for NHL CI that would also be appreciated. I have all other CONUS tiers added otherwise :)
