I have a nano premium and I have nfps and I was on server1 & 2 and I switched over to server 3 & 4. I keep losing my server and 1 & 2 keep popping up. I want to delete all my server connections and start over. When I do this a server keeps popping up. This would not be a problem if the channels would not freeze. Does anyone have some advice?
Thanks,
hutch

put 00000 in the slot for port number on any port you do not wish to 'pop back up'

If you want to clear everything go into the net application menu and select reset data on server 1&2. While they are reset or cleared out select copy and copy the reset data to server 3 and then to 4. That should clear all 4 out and they should no longer show in the info bar as connected. Then you can start from scratch.

The premium has four slots. 1&2 that are listed in the menu. And 3&4 which are hidden. How well they will run together or if they will cause a conflict over the long haul is unknown. The how to is posted. Like with anything in this game it is up to individual if the want to give it a go.

Thanks to everyone for your assistance !
I have done everything suggested and it still shows that I'm connected to server 1,2,3,4.
The reason that I was switching from 1/2 to 3/4 was due to freezing. Now it freezes every minute.
Not sure if all of messing around is causing this or not, I have been doing some reading and have not heard of anyone else with the problem?
Any suggestions....thanks!!

have you tried the hard reboot to reduce static? throw the main power switch in back or simply pull the plug... wait a minute then throw it back(plug it in)

Mark down all your settings and factory default your receiver.Go into Net Application and clear all the settings out as well.
Once you know everything is totally cleared out then go in and redo the receiver and set it for whatever server slots you want to use.
If the need be Reload the Factory file and the newest software file as well to be sure it is all cleaned out.

I have completed both as suggested above. It then shows no connection for any server then they start to show up on the channel info under connection. I then go back to net applications and hit the red button it shows no servers previously when i did this it shows the servers that i'm connected to. then i can go back in a couple of minutes and the servers are changed. I,m using 1.12 and 9.15.
Which server should I be on that does not have a lot of freezing?
Thanks!!!!

Right now I've got 1 & 2 on different services and have little freezing. Are you still showing all four as being connected?

If you want to clear all 4 slots and start over first write down your info so you will have it once you clear it. Go into the application menu and while under server 1 select reset data (yellow button) then switch over to server 2 and repeat. Once that is done back out to viewing. Pull up the info bar and make sure 1 and 2 no longer show as connected in the info bar. You may have to pull up the info bar a couple of times before it no longer shows. If so do not input any data into server 1 and 2 until you clear out the data in 3 an 4.
To clear 3 and 4 go back into the application menu. Select copy data (green button). In the source server drop down menu make sure it shows as 1. In the target server drop down menu select the blank space. It will still show as 1 but don't pay it no mind. Now select copy data. Back all the way out to viewing and pull up the info bar to make sure it no longer shows as connected to 3. Again it may take pulling up the info bar a couple of times to make sure it no longer shows. Now go back in to the application menu and select copy data. In the source server drop down make sure it shows as 1. In the target server drop down menu select the line of weird symbols. Now select copy data and back all the way out to viewing and pull up the info bar and see that 4 no longer shows as connected. If so then all 4 slots should cleared out. Then you can re enter the server info one at a time and see which maybe causing the conflict or freezing.
