no picture just sound

while watching tv screen goes black. still have sound. try remote and nothing. turn off receiver on back. turn power back on and picture comes back.happens about 3-4 times aday please help.

Sounds like a software glitch if the remote doesn't work. Dont use the latest bin ( 118 ) as it has freezing issues. Use bin 117 and use factory file 106 as the latest bins need this factory file. If you need to do a Factory reset you will need to redo all settings and Server data. If you are still having problems after reloading receiver with these files I would try reseating the HD module or try cooling the unit with a notebook cooler. Hopefully you may fix the problem and wont need to send it back for repairs.
