P$ with BigBird

Hey just wondering if anyone knows of a P$ that has Bigbird and friends, tv show channel.

I asked Oscar The Grouch and word on the sesame street is that most P$ will have PBS channels open just have to look and find them.You can also use an ATSC tuner and an antenna to get local PBS stations.Thanks.
