Issue with 9K and x---fta

The x-fta will not set to the correct time....after every reboot it reverts back to 1999 (the default date after a factory reset). I've tried several factory resets..reloaded firmware..and even changed the time through ssh. SSH works but the receiver loses connection to router...after rebooting the router....it again reverts back to 1999 or 2000 depending how long its been on. any ideas???

my generic router when rebooted goes back to an older date.
seems like the time and day is right but the year is wrong.
maybe just a router thing in general?

Why does it matter if the time is accurate on your xfta router? The only thing I can think of that would require accurate time would be if your logging your own IKS use for a self made confession

It doesn't affect your preformance...

hmm.....will it is not connecting.....so maybe there is some internal issue...maybe bricked? It works when hooked up to a PC...it does provide internet via wifi.

then it is not bricked.........recheck your settings .........you missed something or entered wrong info in the set up
