Transmission set up problems

When I set transmission to turbo 8psk I lost signal in sats 110 and 119, so I have to set it back to DVBS QPSK to get signal (blue line) again. I've not set 129 yet.

Can somebody explain me why this happens taken into account that the instructions said that transmission must be set in turbo 8psk?????
is this setting only for sat 129 ????

Any help clarifyng this will be apreciated....

others use TURBO 8PSK

Thanks for the quote but as i said when I use turbo 8psk I lost signal in sats 110, 119.
I have 110 on 12224 and 119 on 12239 using transmission DVBS QPSK and all works good. why do I have to set my receiver on turbo????(as the instructions).
tp 12516 works for sat 129, so do I have to use DVBS QSPSK for this one????

you shouldn't be changing those settings unless you know what you're doing.

factory reset and start fresh (and don't mess with the transponder settings, they are set according to how DN has them set up)


no set of instructions should be telling people to be messing around with things that can screw up the receiver

Like BanHammer said leave those settings alone unless you really know what your doing.They will work fine after a factory reset.

I'm just following the set up instructions that said to set transmission to turbo 8psk but this setting doesn't work for me.
I have a lot of experience in setting up SD boxes and with working transporters for 110 and 119 but this is my first time with a HD Receiver and with sat 129. Please undestand my question....
