when i setup my acount server and push exit botton, box reeboot, and clear my acount

hi when i make the setting in the server, in my cws 700, i see that i am connected, but when i push the exit boton to exit from the setting server my cws box make a reeboot by itself, a clear all information from the server acount, thank you.
