If it was just a cooling issue you would get some channels when you first turn it on after it's been off for hours.
I haven't got a reply about my 9500 problem either so I think that the admin here have quietly dropped support for it- it's old.

What???? Since when was Admin the support center for Ilink? Never.
I see lot's of current threads going on. Have either of you tried reading some of them to see if your issues were reported or resolved?

My neighbors 9500 has been running quite well for 18 months with a lap top cooler under it.The only time he experiences freezing is if his P$ or internet is having issues.

maybe your card is faulty . swap it out with his and see if the problem goes away. did u take out the factory card the little green one before u put the new one in.if not take it out do a factory reload and put your info in

Well today again I did what I have done many times in months/years past & it worked then- data reset- factory file- data reset- Oct file- rescan- turn on newcamd- do server settings- reboot- but nothing.
I've checked other threads but many have to do with newer boxes- thus my claim re older box. I certainly welcome anyone to paste here the url of a relevant thread, please & thanks.
So yeah I better search out the support centre for I-link.
Wish me luck.
