Yearlyiks setup help

i have the limesat ultra and when i input all my info given and press the blue button, in the bottom left hand corner it keeps coming up as disconnect.
I've done a factory default and im scanning my channels again... if anyone can help thanks in advance.

the blue button is nthe one on the right hand side
the button on the left is a green button
a friend of mine gets those two mixed up often
