2 channels listed popsup

How come when I press a channel like 122 and enter on my remote,
Two 122 channels shown popsup on a screen list.
I have to choose one up or down.
This is annoying.
How can I get rid of this ?

I checked to see if I have scanned duplicates, but I can only see 1 channel 122 on the list.

you need to deleat all channels and re scan

There must be a easier way to get rid of it instead of doing this. Like using channel editor to delete extra channel causing this popup ?
