How do i get the x-fta back to factory default
Try the back reset button on the rear of the unit, hold down for @ 30 secs w/ power applied. Usually restores back to Gargoyle original flash. If you want back to wireless G-router you will need that software to load.

has anyone had issues with getting the xfta working with a extreme? the router works with my ultra but not my extreme. I have added the latest PGM file to it and set up all settings and still nothing.
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm pretty sure it won't work with the extreme.Only the ultra and HD boxes.

Thanks guys
I do have that PGM file loaded. How do i check the serial speed? I was thinking that i needed to check the network settings on the receiver, but went through all of the menus and can not find any access to it?

The serial speed setting is in the .ini file. It tells what speed to use.
