Need help with I Link 9600 HD

Hi all, I have I Link 9600 HD but I can't get the local channels, Please can someone show me the setting to get these please? My setting at the moment is:
Menu.... Antenna Setup..
Satellite..............Echostar 7(119)..........................Echostar 10,11 (110)
LNB Frequency........ OCS-DP for Dish Pro..............11250 for Legacy
DiseqC.......................LNB1................. ..................LNB2
22Khz Tone...............off on both sats
LNB Power..................AUTO on both sats
LNB Power Option...........13/18 Volt on both sats
TP Frequency...................12297................. ..................12224
Antenna Postioning..............Off on both sats
Search Mode........................Search All
