How to recover deleted channels

Hi. I accidently deleted some channels that i now want to recover on my Jynxbox Ultra HD V2 reciever. Can anybody help me how to un-delete these channels.

it's called a scan

I have seen that just re-scanning, sometimes can cause duplication of channels, which can be a nuisance. Sometimes you need to default and start over.
