Prodigy v2 Extended EPG

Does anyone here know how to get an extended EPG on the prodigy v2? Currently i only see what's on now and what's on next. I would like to have at least 3 days worth of EPG information. In the guide when I press "Dish EPG" i get a message saying "Dish EPG Channel is not exist"

the epg comes down from the 110, I also only have the 119, about once a day I delete channels and rescan, some channels come and go such as adult and ppv

if you wand 24 hours EPG please stay channel 239 until prodigy v2 gathering all EPG data from them (stay at this
channel for over 10-24 hours) once done, you EPG will sever over 7 day ...:okay:

do you now if you can use a harmony remote 200 or 300 with this receiver ???
