missing channels

i have a new nanosat se loades 7.09 then restore then loaded 3.20 set up lmb`s then scaned sats
no 500`s and some in the lower channels tried changeing lmb types 11250 to dish pro 1
tried change switch types and still no 500`s

any help would be greatly app.
