Sorry for the confusion but the post got messed up for some reason. New file is 3.23 and was posted today. New file fixes server problems.

try old bin 3.05 free from freezing

it was easy for me to experiment.. I had a case of nano se receivers.. so i had 3.05 on one., 3.23 and 3.24 on others all side by side. same username and pw on all. keep all unplugged but the one testing... watch same channel and count any freezes and keep a basic timing... huge difference.. 3.05 no freeze.. why this is i just dont know.. maybe something the servers are doing now affects this box with newer files..

it looks to me skyteam is releasing the files with out testing it.....and leave up to us to test them. i dont see how they release 3 files already claiming the freezing issue resolved when is not. NANO is getting a bad rep crappy support.

They have been trying to fix the freezing for over a year now.

On the up side ......they don't give up easily

On the down side.....can't be very good at what they do. lol

for what i been reading, the top HD boxes have the best coders....no freezing issues.....going to get me one next month...i give up on NANO is BS.

to some people complaining about file freezing, there will never be a receiver that does not freeze a little. I will give two reason and there are lot more to this. We just have a ecm and the channels are just coming back in. Also, with all the changes with channels move to a different number there is another reason. I can go on but I will leave it at that.

i understand that....but freezing every one to two minutes constantly is not normal, u cant watch any programing like that....i tell u skyteam cant figure out the constant freezing issue.

did you do a rescan of channels today. Also, make sure you are swaping receiver and not doing a new scan. What LNB and switch are you using.

yes each time i install a new file i do factory default and re-scan all channels.....i have Dish Pro with a chieta heavy duty switch. is not my config....is the file

I also have messed around with all these new file updates. I was sick of the freezing every other minute, so I came on here and figured out what I needed to do. I downgraded to the 3.05 just about 45 minutes ago. Did a rescan and I haven't had freezing yet. If u r having more than usual freezing problems I would recommend the older file than all these new ones until we can find one that works as good as the 3.05....

3.05 has the minimal freezing. but it has only 2 server slots and i see a substantial difference in picture quality thru hdmi. 3.17 or later has good pic quality, but 3.05 and 3.06 is grainy.
