Nfusion HD and closed captioning...Revisit...New question

I understand that the closed captioning will NOT work with the Nfusion HD or any HD receivers using the HDMI cables.

Now, I recall someone mentioning that it will work with component cables on the HD receivers. I tried that and could not get it working despite turning on the captioning on the TV and the receiver. Can anyone tell me how to pursue this avenue?

Any other advice will be greatly appreciated.

Is that the only one that will work? Are you positive that the nfusion HD will not work?
